About me:
Hello, my name is Antonio, among many other things, I am a physician trained in the resolution of diseases with need of surgery in its majority, and in particular Oncology, concerning the specialized management of benign and malignant tumor of any origin.
I want to be able to bring clarity in everything that is going around in your head, regarding your clinical situation or condition, to offer you the best options for prevention, diagnosis and treatment through a quality assessment.

General Surgery:
- Educational background: medical degree from UdeG and then a residency in general surgery from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. This training can take several years and usually includes supervised hands-on experience in a variety of surgical procedures.
- Certification: Certification as a general surgeon in Mexico is obtained through the Mexican Board of General Surgery. To obtain certification, physicians must pass examinations that test their knowledge and skills in general surgery.
- Service: health problems regarding prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, to emergency surgical diseases with competence in: esophagus, stomach, duodenum - Small intestine and appendix - Coloproctology - Liver, pancreas, spleen - Gallbladder and bile duct - Hernias, diaphragm and abdominal wall, - Surgery of the rest of the abdominal contents, peritoneum and retroperitoneum - Endocrine system: Thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal - Skin and soft parts - Head and neck -Thorax - Cardiovascular - Vascular -Trauma - Imaging (paraclinical).
Oncologic Surgery:
- Educational background: after completing my residency in general surgery, I opted to specialize in oncologic surgery. This involves additional specific training in the surgical treatment of cancer.
- Certification: Certification as a surgical oncologist in Mexico is granted through the Mexican Council of Oncology. This board administers examinations to evaluate competence in the surgical treatment of cancer.
Services offered include the evaluation, diagnosis and surgical treatment of various conditions, including tumor removal, related procedures and other interventions related to the specialty.
